Richie had a very strong performance at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in New Jersey on April 23, 2023. He continued to get better and better as the day went on and was extremely receptive to coaching. He has a very athletic frame and moves really well on his feet. He does a really nice job maintaining a direct ball path from snap to finish. If Richie can eliminate the tendency to dip his butt before he starts his snap and develop more effective leg drive he will instantly see his times improve as the result of generating more power and becoming more efficient. I could see Richie putting it all together in short time and becoming a very recruitable asset for a college program. I can't wait to see his improvement at his next Rubio Long Snapping event.
