Russell Wilson had a fantastic day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Tennessee on April 6th, 2024. Russell has improved tremendously since the last time I saw him and I can tell he’s been working very hard. He’s got solid size overall. His follow through is really good with his hands and he does a great job of following through with all of his upper body as well. His spiral has improved tremendously and is getting much more consistent. He does a really good job of incorporating his legs. Form has become very smooth. Very coachable long snapper that improved a ton throughout the day. I can’t wait to see all his hard work at VEGAS XLI on May 4-5
