Austin Gross did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! Strong and powerful Long Snapper with great starting form. Solid balance and I like the direction Austin is headed with his Long Snapping. Ball can be smooth and gets back to the punter with decent speed. Love to see Austin not overgrip the ball so his spiral is always locked down. He is strong and powerful so he tends to want to hurt the ball. Being more gentile will help a ton. Increasing his overall athleticism will really push Austin up the rankings and make the colleges love him. Good upside and power on Austin.
Austin Gross was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in North Carolina on November 13th, 2022. He is a thick frame and his starting form is very good. He snaps a smooth ball that is very catchable. The more Austin can really drive his eyes / head through to the punter, the more overall accuracy and speed will be had on the ball from Austin. Also, the less thinking he does, the better he will do at VEGAS XLI in January and beyond. Austin is a really consistent Long Snapper with good upside
