Scout Starkovich showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in Washington on October 1, 2023. Big Long Snapper with a great frame. Super coachable and he is coachable. His hands are quick and get back well to the punter. Love to see Scout focus on slow motion drills to get his strong legs fully involved in the process to gain more speed on the ball. Also, driving his eyes all the way through will really increase his accuracy and speed. Keep an eye on him at VEGAS XLIII in January.
