Higgins showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp on July 9-10, 2022. He is a very coachable Long Snapper that is a super quick learner. His upper body gets through to the punter very well and his follow through is off the charts. It looks like Higgins is trying to hand the ball to the punter and I love it. Slow motion drills are going to be huge for Higgins to get his lower half fully involved in the process to gain more overall speed on the ball. Solid upside and I like the direction Higgins is headed.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
