    Player Review
Kimani Mugo showed me some great things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! He moves really well on his feet and should be a factor on the punt coverage team. Kimani had no problems at all with the agility section of the Vegas Event on Sunday. When he is on, Kimani is VERY on and he easily snaps a college level ball. His snap speeds are under .75 at 15 yards and jump out of the gate very quickly. Locking down his release point will drastically increase his overall accuracy and push him way up the charts. Solid attitude and upside. Kimani has all of the tools to do really well in college.

Kimani was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp on July 9-10, 2022. He has a nice, long athletic frame and will be able to pass an eyeball test quickly. Coachable Long Snapper with great upside. Stance is good and will be great if he can raise up his body just a tad. This will make it easier for Kimani to use his lower half of his body and gain more speed on the ball. He snaps with some good aggression and has all of the tools to snap at the next level. Dedicated Long Snapper with tons of potential. Driving straight back instead of up and back will be huge for Kimani. Massive, and well deserved, jump in the rankings. Keep an eye on this Long Snapper from the Northwest.
