Player Review

Modugno showed me a lot of good things at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp on Jul 12-14, 2022. He has an excellent frame and has room to put on a good amount of weight over the next couple of years. Super smooth athlete that snaps a clean ball and also moves effortlessly on his feet. Starting form is good and Modugno gets his upper body through to the punter very well. Good flexibility. When Modugno snaps with full power and trust his form, he easily snaps a college level ball. Slow motion drills will help to get his lower half fully involved in the snapping motion to get more overall speed on the ball. Massive amount of upside on this very smooth Long Snapper. No doubt he has all of the tools to snap at the next level. 


Modugno was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping  VEGAS XL Event on May 14-15, 2022.  He has a tremendous frame and is built very long. Room to put on some good lbs over the next couple of years. Very solid on his feet and he moves well. Agility section was no problem for him at all. The harder he snaps the ball, the better Modugno will do. Excited to see him at the TOP 12 Camp in July. 

Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
