Micahel Pedrotti had a phenomenal day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NorCal on April 23, 2023. Michael is an extremely atheltic long snapper that passes an eye ball test right away. He has a ton of confidence and wants to be put in pressure situations. I had him put through tons of pressure situations whether it was using him as an example or having him snap in front of the entire camp and he dominated everytime. He soaks up information and any coach is going to absolutely love him. Would love to see him follow through to improve his overall consistency of his snaps. He had a great attitude throughout the day and battled all the way to the final round of the Camp Championship where he almost ended up winning the whole. Excited to see him dominate at Vegas XLII in May.Michael Pedrotti showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLI Event on January 14-15, 2023! First off, Pedrotti might just be one of the top five athletic Long Snappers in his class. This kid can flat out FLY on his feet and make everything look effortless while doing it. I am not just talking fast, I am talking super fast and there is no doubt he has the tools to be a major factor on the punt coverage team. His starting form is very solid and his upper body gets through to the punter like a champ. Love to see Pedrotti focus on being quicker out of the gate by making sure he is not dipping his butt right before he snaps the ball. Simple fix (just lower his butt before the snap and get set) that will pay off big time for Pedrotti in the long run. Strong Long Snapper that has the ability to snap a college level ball when he is on. Consistency of snap speeds will be the big thing that I am looking for in CA this March and at VEGAS XLII in May!
