Player Review
Tyler Young had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Danville, CA on April 21st, 2024. Tyler has a phenomenal personality and is very coachable. His starting form is excellent and I love when he’s able to push his weight back to his heels. He does a fantastic job following through with his hands and not lifting up his chest but instead getting it back to the punter which I love to see. Very little hitch on his snap which is very impressive. Speed is consistent. He began to get the spiral locked down towards the end of the day and it became very consistent. Really good strong frame and he can also move very well on his feet. Form is really smooth and as he starts locking down his release point he is going to be unstoppable. Tons of potential on Tyler and right on the cusp of 4.5 stars. Expect him to have a massive offseason and show me a ton of good things at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5 Tyler Young was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Los Angeles on March 10, 2024. He has very good starting form and Tyler has a smooth snapping motion. Gets his eyes through well and he follows through like a champ. His ball is quick and Tyler has zero wasted movement. When his spiral is locked down and Tyler presses the gas when he snaps the ball, he is easily able to snap a college level ball. Trusting his snapping motion is going to be a key to his greatness at VEGAS XLIV on May 4-5 and beyond. Right on the cusp of 4.5 stars.
