    Player Review
Alec Norris showed me some good thingsat the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XLII Event on May 6-7th. He has good starting form and he is really close to using all of his body perfectly. Alec is built really well and can pass an eyeball test quickly. His spiral is coming along niceely and his ball is easy to catch. Slow motion drills will help out a ton to get his full body involved in the process and lock down his timing. His body is excellent and the more he can use it, the better he's going to be. Driving his eyes through in one quick motion will increase his accuracy and speed. Controlling his body will be huge for him athletically. MASSIVE amount of upside on Alec and I am looking forward to seeing him this summer at the TOP GUN CAMP and/or the Rising Seniors Camp on July 15-16 in Los Angeles

Norris did well at the Underclassmen Invitational on July 16-17, 2022. He has a great frame and he can already pass an eyeball test from a college coach. It wouldn't surprise me to see Norris graduate college at right around 240. Starting form is good and his upper body gets through to the punter very well. Very strong upper body as he muscles the ball back to the punter. If he can get his lower half fully involved, Norris will drastically increase his overall speed on the ball. He is already able to snap a college level ball when he is on and so the more consistent he is, the more dominant Norris will be in the long run.

Norris showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XL Event on May 14-15, 2022.  He is a very raw athlete that is absolutely dripping with potential. His follow through is great and he reaches all the way through to the punter. Looks like he is trying to hand the ball to the punter. Slow motion drills will be huge for Norris to get his lower half fully involved in the process to gain more overall speed on the ball. Gaining overall control of his body when snapping and moving on his feet will be the key to Norris' greatness. Said it once and I will say it again, Norris is absolutely dripping with potential. Watch this kid at the Underclassmen Invitational and beyond.
