Garcia did a tremendous job at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in July. He was solid for the first two days and was an absolute machine on the final day of competition. One of the best overall performances I have seen in quite some time. Made it all the way to the finals before barely losing the WSU Commit, Simon Samarzich. Garcia is a smooth Long Snapper with good rotation. The harder he snaps, the better his ball is. He has done a great job of getting bigger and sronger to improve his overall power on his snaps. Kid is very good and headed towards greatness.

Garcia was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. He did so well that he earned an invite to The TOP 12 Camp in July. Ball is tight and comes back with a good amount of power. Garcia snaps a really catchable ball that no punter or holder will have an issue with. Love it when Garcia really drives his upper body through and snaps with all of his power. If he can do that, on a consistent basis, he will always be snapping in the .6s. Like to see him focus on increasing his overall athleticism and handling pressure as well as anyone in the country. The better he gets and the more he moves up the rankings, the more people will expect out of him and I want to see him dominate in any situation he is thrown into. Upside is beyond solid and Garcia is definitely someone who has the ability to snap at the next level.

Garcia had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 29, 2017. Body is thickening up nicely and he shows good power throughout. Solid frame and he is using his whole body really well. Gets some very good pop on the ball and has no issues keeping punt snap times under .80 on a very consistent basis. Love to see Garcia focus on his locking down his release point and increasing his athleticism. If he can get release point to be at the same point on every snap, he will greatly improve his overall accuracy which will push his RSI up into the 40s (if not higher) at VEGAS XXXI. Garcia is doing very well and should definitely be noted to be watched this coming year.
