Player ReviewDylan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in WA on March 19, 2017. Definitely working to get ready of any body hitches or anything that makes him slower on timing. Listens really well and is always improving. Ball is fast and hovers in the high .7s to low .8s. The quicker he gets with his whole body, the faster his ball will be. VERY good attitude and he can move well on his feet. Keep a very close eye on him at VEGAS 30.
Dylan had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 5, 2017. He can move well on his feet and showed good pursuit angles through the agility station. Attitude is solid and he can snap a D1 ball at times. Love to see him focus on really driving his head through and being a little quicker out of the gate. If Dylan can remove a slight knee hitch, the timing will be better and his snaps will be faster. By driving his head through more and harder, he will not allow the ball to die and will EASILY be under .75 throughout VEGAS 30. When he is on, he is REALLY on.
Dylan did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Kid is a pure athlete that absolutely flew through the agility section and will be a dominant factor in punt coverage throughout high school and college. Love to see him be a bit quicker out of the gate and eliminate any sort of hiccup with his hands, elbows or knees. A defender or timer can catch him hitching a bit with one of those body parts and that will slow down the snap speed. Dylan is very good and right on the cusp of greatness. Getting the combo of speed and accuracy working to get his RSI up will really push him up the ladder
