Fultz was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. Large man with great potential. His balance is solid and he is leaning back well. Love to see Fultz focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved to gain more use of his lower half. If he can get his massive legs involved, there is no doubt he will be snapping in the low .8s to high .7s by the fall. Great upside. Powerful hands.
