Franks showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. He was able to handle pressure well and he is able to move well on his feet. His hands area quick and his eyes are good getting through to the punter. Making sure he is not dragging the ball and really getting his lower half fully involved will greatly increase the speed of the ball. Balance is good and he has solid potential.
