McDowell had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in CA. on June 27, 2019. He is a really athletic Long Snapper that had a great attitude all day long in CA. His ball is solid and super easy to catch for the punter. Reaches back well to the punter. He can hit in the .7s with ease and he has the potential to do this at the next level. His hands are quick and powerful. Like to see McDowell use a bit more of his legs to get his speeds even quicker. Gaining some size will help make this kid fully dominate in college.
