Mann was on fire at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Fall Camp on October 6th, 2019. He ended up with the highest RSI at the camp and one of the highest ever at a Rubio Long Snapping camp. Form is excellent and he absolutely rips the ball back to the punter. Easily snaps in the .7s and he can even dip into the .6s. The sky is the limit for Mann and, if he snaps the way I know he can, there is no doubt he can earn a TOP 12 Camp Invite.
Mann was beyond impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Spring Camp on March 10th, 2019. When this kid is on, he is VERY on and no one is even close to him in his class. He can already, easily, snap a ball at college speeds and he is only a freshman. Consistency of speed and locking down his spiral are the only two things I need to see out of Mann at VEGAS XXXIV in May. Extremely impressive Long Snapper that can practically snap in college now!!!
Mann looked very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. One of the most consistent Long Snappers in his class. He was snapping pearl after pearl all weekend long. Form is good and he leans back well. Legs are popping well and is able to snap in the .7s already when he gets hot. Increasin ghis aggression with his movements and making sure he is not overgripping the ball will be huge for Mann. This kid looked great.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
