Hatfield had a really solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping IL Fall Camp on December 15th, 2019. He has a really nice frame and his starting form is excellent. His hands are quick and there is zero wasted movement so his ball jumps back to the punter extremely well. He should be very focused a TOP 12 Camp Invite at VEGAS XXXV in January. Very good Long Snapper that is headed to greatness.

Hatfield looked great during the 2019 Rubio LongSnapping Summer Tour. His form is excellent and he is really starting to snap with a lot of confidence. Love the direction he is headed with his snapping. His attitude is off the charts and he definitely has all of the tools to make it in the next level. His ball is really speeding along well. Good balance. If he keeps snapping the way I know he can, he will easily be a TOP 12 Camp Invitee. Keep a very close eye on Hatfield this fall and definitely at VEGAS XXXV in January.

I REALLY liked the improvement I saw from Isaac at the Rubio Long Snapping camp in GA on April 28, 2019. He looked like a completely different snapper with his balls hovering in the low to mid .7s all day, and his accuracy was spot on as well. I am beyond pleased with his improvement, and to take that next step I would like to see him follow through with his eyes and upper body a bit more. When he does that he will be a name that will become very familiar with the tops of his class. Excited to see this continued trend at Vegas XXXIV and beyond!

Hatfield rolled over from Indiana and showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping IL Spring Camp on April 14th, 2019. He has a great frame and good starting form. Right off the bat, you can see his potential is off the charts. Hands and upper body are very strong. Form is good and he is reaching through well. If he work on two things really well, Hatfield can dominate his class in no time at all. Need to see him focus on locking down his spiral by not putting so much pressure on the ball and also getting his lower half fully involved. Built well and I want to see him use all of it to create some consistent speed on the ball. The sky is the limit for Hatfield and he is definitely someone to watch at VEGAS XXXIV in May.

Hatfield was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Fall Camp on December 9th, 2018. He has a nice frame and has the build of a future college Long Snapper. His hands are good and reaches through really well. Powerful upper body. His eyes/head are getting through nicely. Need to make sure Hatfield is doing slow motion drills in order to get his lower half more involved to gain more speed on the ball. Getting his legs locked when the ball is at his shins will easily get his snaps under .80 by VEGAS XXXIII in January. His hands are fantastic and I want his legs to be at the same level of greatness. Upside is very good.
