Troutman showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. He does an excellent job of reaching all the way through as it looks like he is trying to hand the ball to the punter. Getting set will help a ton. He is a very strong Long Snapper with powerful hands. Upper body is tremendous and I love the way he drives it all the way through to the punter. Need to see Troutman focus on slow motion drills in order to get his powerful lower half fully involved. Right now, he is already snapping in the high .7s and he is only using half of his body. Imagine what his speeds will be when he gets his muscular legs involved!!! Watch this kid at VEGAS XXXIII in January.
