Carter had a fantastic day at the Rubio Long Snapping Regional camp in GA on April 28, 2019. His form is very, very sound with quick hands and follow through. He snaps in the high .7s right now, but if he snaps AS HARD AS HE CAN every single snap and generates more pop/slide with his lower body, his times will drop drastically. His accuracy and catchability is already great, so picking up this extra speed will make him a top snapper in this class for a long, long time! Excited to see how he competes at Vegas XXXIV and other Rubio Long Snapping camps this Summer!

Carter was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Smooth and powerful Long Snapper that is built well and full of power. Strong Long Snapper that is snapping a smooth ball with god accuracy. When he snaps with full power and confidence, he can hit in the .6s. Moves with a purpose on his feet and I know he can do this at the next level. I really enjoyed watching Carter in Vegas. Massive jump in the rankings.
