Player Review
Buda did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. Big fan of his long frame that has room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. His hands are very quick and he has excellent balance. Starting form is solid. Need to see Buda focus on getting his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Right now he is hovering in the mid to low .8s and I know he can be in the mid .7s by late summer since he is so athletic. Tons of upside on Buda and I like the direction he headed during the camp.
Buda showed me some good things during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. He is a good listener and very coachable. Starting base is good and he reaches back really well to the punter. Eyes are good and he has a frame that he can put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Need to see Buda work on getting his lower half fully involved to get more speed on the ball. Snapping confidence and getting his legs locked will easily push his ball into the .8 region by the fall camps and at VEGAS XXXIII in January. Quick hands!
