Bader showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Fall Camp on December 9th, 2018. He has a good frame and could easily pass for a college Long Snapper right now. His hands are very quick and the ball does well getting out of the gate. Snaps a powerful ball. Moves well on his feet. Like to see Bader focus on leaning back more and widening out his stance. Widening out will allow his powerful upper body to get through more and really increase his overall accuracy. Widening out will also allow him to use more of his strong legs. Bader has very good potential and these couple quick fixes will help him out a lot. Just these little tweaks will push him over the top top at VEGAS XXXIII in January. Great upside on Bader
Reece did well during the Rubio Long Snapping 2018 Summer Tour. First off, he has a great frame and is a very strong Long Snapper. His snaps can hit in the .7s at 15 yards. getting his butt down more to get his back to flat will help out his overall speed. Speeding up the locking out of his legs will incease his speed as well. Flexibiity is going to be a big thing for Reece to help his hips so his knees aren't popping out at the beginning of his stance. So strong that his potential is off the charts. I like the direction he is headed. Good potential and a big jump in the rankings.
