Sterling showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on October 7th, 2018. Thick and powerful Long Snapper with a good base that is using his lower half pretty darn well right now. Leaning back will help with overall speed as will locking down his spiral. Lay down drills to get his spiral perfected will allow the ball to really slice through the to increase the speed and make the ball much more catchable. Finding his release point will help as well. Sounds like a lot but Sterling is coachable and these are all easy fixes.that will help a ton at VEGAS XXXIII in January.
Moore was solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. Big and strong Long Snapper with really quick hands that can get the ball out of the gate very well. Balance is good and he leans back well. Pretty close to using all of his massive lower half to get the speed on the ball he will need to really push him forward in the rankings. Like to see Moore make sure he is not hopping too much when he is snapping and really sliding back to the punter. So strong that his potential is very good. Listens well. Locking down the spiral will help as well. Good upside.
