Hooper came over from Utah and looked great at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on December 5th, 2020. One of the best personalities in his class, Hooper will be a leader on and off the field. Form is great and he as snapping every ball under .75. He moves extremely well on his feet and there is no doubt he will be a factor on the punt coverage team. Very smooth on his feet and when he is snapping the ball. The more size Hooper puts on, the more dominant he will be in college. Great pick up for a school

Hooper was flat out dominant at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in TX on June 14th, 2020. Hooper was the overall champion of the camp with super accurate and consistent snaps all day long. He is a super athletic Long Snapper that never stops improving. When he snaps with all of his power, Hooper simply doesn't miss his target. I love his attitude and he is the type of Long Snapper that will make his college coach very happy. The more size he puts on, the higher up the rankings he will go. BIG jump and I will be really testing him at The TOP 12 Camp in July.

Hooper was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 1, 2020. As always, he showed me he is one of the smoothest Long Snappers in the country and also most athletic. Hooper is just a pure athlete no matter what he does on the field. His starting form is excellent and his pop is off the charts. The harder he snaps the ball while maintaining his spiral, the more dominant his snapping will be in the long run. He has an absolutely tremendous attitude and will make his college coach extremely happy for four to five years.

Hooper came over from Utah and was beyond smooth at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on April 7th, 2019. One of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class with some of the quickest hands you will ever see. Ball jumps out of the gate very well. Form is good and he can easily get under .80. Making sure he is not overstepping the ball will help to ensure that Hooper is not hitching the ball which will slow down the timing of the ball. Easy fix that will allow him to dominate his class along with some more lbs on his frame. Great attitude and always improving.

Hooper came out from Utah and was impressive again at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 3, 2019. Really athletic Long Snapper that moves effortlessly on his feet. He can fly out fly moving left and right. Pure poetry. Starting form is really good and Hooper has some of the quickest hands in his class. Form is good and his snapping motion is smooth. Need to see Hooper focus on simply snapping the ball as hard as he can and continuing to gain some size. Great attitude and upside. Hooper will be great on the field and in the locker room.

Hooper did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Easily one of th emost athletic Long Snappers in his class. He basically mocks any agility drill you send his way. He flat out dominates them and will definitely be a factor on the punt coverage team for whatever team he is playing for at the time. Form is good and his hands are some of the quickest in his class, if not the quickest. As he continues to put on size and really drive his elbows to create more whip, the faster and more powerful a Long Snapper he will be. Great upside.
