    Player Review

Mitch was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 28, 2018. His body is getting trimmed up very nicely and you can definitely tell that he has been working hard on his frame. Easily hovers in the low .8s when snapping a 15 yard snap. Form is good and Mitch is able to use all of his lower half really well. Thick and strong Long Snapper that will be able to get in the mid to low .7s by VEGAS XXXIII in January if he is able to bend his arms a bit and lead with his elbows. This will greatly improve the whip on the ball and get his snaps really flying back to the punter. Big fan of Mitch's overall attitude. Consistency of speed is going to be the key at future camps.

Carmer did really well at the summer camp in CA. Love his attitude as he is always smiling and learning to become a better Long Snapper. Thick and powerful human being with some of the quickest hands in his class. The ball does a great job of jumping out of the gate and it can be hard to time him….which is a good thing. If a timer has difficulty timing a Long Snapper, a defender will definitely have trouble trying to get a jump on the ball. Improving his athleticism will push him up the rankings and get him well on the road to getting recruited. Great attitude.

Carmer was solid at VEGAS XXXII in May. Thick and strong Long Snapper with very good power. His hands are like absolute rockets and it can be almost hard to time him. He might have some of the quickest hands in the country. Making sure he is not turning after the snap too quickly AND driving his elbows will help a ton. Tremendous attitude and he will be a joy for any coach that gets him. Increasing his overall athleticism will really push him up the rankings.

Carmer was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in AZ on March 25, 2018. Thick and strong Long Snapper that is always improving. Great attitude and upside. Form is excellent and the spiral is improving by the second. Continuing to lead with his elbows and increase his athleticism is only continue to push Carmer up the rankings.

Carmer had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in CA on March 4th, 2018.  He is a thick and very powerful Long Snapper with extremely quick hands. The ball jumps out of the gate like a champ. I would like to see Carmer focus on locking down his spiral and not gripping the ball so hard. If the spiral is better, the ball will slice through the wind (making it faster) and it will be easier to catch for the punter. Improving his overall athleticism will push Carmer up the rankings as well and really get him on a college coach’s radar. Very good attitude and always improving.

Mitch showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Massive man with a barrel of a chest. Great power for his age and he is a smooth Long Snapper. Ball is easy to catch and he can be accurate with the ball. When Mitch rememebers to drive his eyes/head through, the ball gets into the .8s and is extremely accurate. Slow motion drills just reviewing to get his eyes/head through will help a ton in the long run. Increasing his athleticism will push him up the rankings as well.
