Player Review

Walker was rock solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 11, 2018. Right off that, I can tell you he looks like a senior high school already with his thick frame that can withstand a college rush and his only a freshman. Form is excellent and he is using his whole body very well. Walker can lock into the mid .7s with ease and is consistent with his speeds. Don’t think he had a ball above a .78 or below a .73 all day long. Making sure is not over-gripping the ball so his spiral stays sharp no matter what speed he is snapping. Also, increasing his overall athleticism will keep Walker at the top of the rankings for his class. Keep a very close eye on him at VEGAS XXXII in May as he could lock in a TOP 12 Camp Invite.

Walker did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Tremendous frame for his age and he has the ability to snap a really quick ball. Snaps are tight and can be stuck in The Rubio Zone...which is great. Driving his upper body and eyes through is going to be huge for him. That and really snapping with confidence (trusting his form) will be a key for greatness. Strong for his age. Running a tad lower and making sure he is not so tall when going side to side will help as well.

Walker was extremely impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 12, 2017. First off, he has great size and looks like a Varsity athlete already right now and he is just a freshman. Ball was hitting in the mid to upper .7s all day long due to his great form and long frame. I aboslutely love Walker's strong and quick hands. The ball really jumps out of the starting position well and is a tight spiral. Sky is the limit for Walker. I can't wait to see him dominate at VEGAS XXXI.
