    Player Review

Penn was simply fantastic at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 17, 2019. He might be the smoothest and most consistent Long Snapper in his class. Watching Penn snap a ball can almost be hypnotic since every single ball is exactly the same. You can film fifty snaps and you would never be able to tell the difference in any of them. They are all right in the mid .7s and in the Rubio Zone. His snaps are super easy to catch and he moves well on his feet. Easily should be a top seed to be in them finals at VEGAS XXXV in January.

Penn was excellent during the 2019 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. His hands are like rockets. Penn might have the quickest hands in the country. His hands are so quick that the ball jumps out of the gate like a champ and is at ten yards when everyone else’s is at seven. His times are excellent and definitely at the college level. Attitude is excellent and he works as hard as anyone in the country. Move swell on his feet and left no doubt that he is a factor on the punt coverage team. Extremely consistent Long Snapper.

Penn was dominant at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on April 7th, 2019. Ball is smooth, easy to catch and has good consistency. Penn is able to snap in the .7s on a very consistent basis and will easily be in the low .7s to high .6s if he just widens out a tad more. Widening out more will allow his upper body to get through easier and will drastically increase his overall accuracy. This will also make locking down his release point easier with will increase his accuracy as well. All things leading up to higher RSi and getting him into the finals at VEGAS XXXIV in May. One of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class.

Penn did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. He has a great frame and is one of the hardest workers you will see in his whole class. Moves well on his feet and is a true athlete through any agility drill you throw his way. Form is good, he is snapping with confidence and he was impressive to me all weekend. Penn is on the right track and showed me he can definitely snap at the next level. Did so well that he earned an invite to the TOP 12 Camp in July. Watch him.
