    Player Review

Sullivan was extremely impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 21, 2018. Form is improving by the second and he was ripping the ball back to the punter. He had no problem snapping under .80 on a pretty darn consistent basis. Leaning back and getting back up a bit quicker with increasing his overall athleticism is going to push Sullivan right into the college mix. Size and overall strength will be huge as well. I can't say it enough, I was very impressed with Sullivan at the WA camp. WATCH THIS KID AT VEGAS XXXIII. I am expecting the same type of performance, if not better this January.

Sullivan was very impressive during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. Extremely impressed with how much he has improved over the past year. Sullivan has gone from average to good to bordering on great. Form is good and he is using his lowe half well. Balance is solid and he has good accuracy. Like to see Sullivan focus on making sure he is leading with his elbows and really following through with his fingers to lock down his spiral. Tightening up his snap and snapping with full confidence will push his speeds up to college level. Big fan of Sullivan's attitude as well.

Sullivan did great at the VEGAS XXXII Event in May of 2018. Smooth Long Snapper that is improving as quickly as anyone else in the country. True student of Long Snapping that listens intently when you are speaking to him. Very coachable. When Sullivan just focuses on the quickness of his lower half and the perfect timing with his upper half, his ball is on fire and perfect. If he ever winds up, the timing is way off and greatly impacts the overall accuracy and consistency of the ball. Focusing on being as quick as possible right out of the gate is going to be huge for Sullivan as we continue on it the process. Aggressive tackler and I liked watching him on the agility side of the ball.

Sullivan was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in WA. on March 18th, 2018. Form is excellent and he has improved a ton in a short amount of time. Sullivan is using his whole body well and he is getting a lot of pop which I love. Locking down his spiral is going to be huge for Sullivan as it will allow the ball to slice through the wind and really increase his overall speed. Hovers in the mid .7s and would easily be sub .775 by VEGAS XXXII in May with a tight spiral. Really impressed with Sullivan’s improvement.

BIg Tom Sullivan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. His hands are very quick and the ball jumps out of the gate very well. Runs with a purpose and he was aggressive on the agility section of the weekend. Locking down his spiral will be huge for catch-ability and speed as it will make the ball slice through the wind. Getting set will help with accuracy and pushing up his RSI at VEGAS XXXII in May. Slow motion drills are going to be big for improving the overall snapping motion. Big fan of Sullivan’s attitude and upside.

Big Tom Sullivan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 22, 2017. His follow through is good and he snaps a ball with some good pop on it. Right now, Sullivan hovers in the mid to high .8s and can easily be sub .80 by VEGAS XXXI by adjusting a couple things. First, I want to see him lean back a bit more and not rock forward at the start of the snapping motion. When he rocks forward, he is trying to pick up speed but that just slows it down as the defender and timer will start moving on his movement. Slow motion drills will help to get his lower half fully involved to gain more speed as well. Very good start and he has good potential. Listens well. Coachable.
