AJ had a great showing on March 24, 2019 in NJ at the Rubio Long Snapping regional camp. A very tall snapper with a great frame that can add a lot of weight very easily, he showed great promise and upside. Would like to see him shift his weight back in his stance, and really trust his form to snap as hard as he can, locking his legs out a bit sooner and putting more behind the ball. His accuracy and catchability is off the charts and he has a very bright future ahead of him!
Franklin did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Smooth Long Snapper that snaps a ball that is very catchable. His punter is going to love him at all levels. Making sure he is lined up perfectly straight and not leaning right will be huge for his accuracy. If he can push the ball out a bit farther, it will create more whip which will equate to more speed. Tons of potential. Focus on slow motion drills will help to get his lower half fully involved. Franklin is built very long and want him to use all of his extremely long legs. It would be like his cheating.
