Samuel showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in OH on December 17, 2017. Strong framed Long Snapper with a great base at the start of his snapping motion. Balance is good. Love to see Samuel focus on bending his elbows to create more whip on the ball. If Samuel can think "elbows, chest, eyes" and snap in that order, will really pick up his overall speed and accuracy. Samuel's legs are coming along nicely and I am impressed with his improvement. Good, hard worker. Need to see his speed increase to under .90 consistently to really move up the ladder.
Samuel did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in IL on July 13, 2017. Body is thick and he is strong. Smooth Long Snapper with some good use of his legs. Pops well and explodes well. Love to see Samuel focus on snapping with ultimate power and definitely snapping with full power. He is strong and the more confidence he snaps with, the better he will and he will be able to get his ball under .80 by the fall camp in OH and at VEGAS XXXI. Improving his overall athleticism will really push him up the rankings ladder. Good attitude.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
