    Player Review

Freer did very well at the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping summer tour. Starting form is excellent and you can basically eat of his back it is so flat...which is great. Freer does a great job of getting his eyes and head through quickly to get some good pop on the ball. Easily can hit under .80 on a consistent basis and hovers right in the mid .7s at all times. Before the fall tour and VEGAS XXXIII, I would like to see Freer focus on not widening out his feet as he starts his snapping motion as that will take away his power. I want to see his whole body go straight back to the punter. Also, locking down his spiral will increase his speed and push him up the rankings as well. Very solid Long Snapper.

Freer was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on November 19, 2017. Moved well on his feet and definitely an athletic Long Snapper. Ball is quick and he can hit times in the mid to low .7s. Like to see him make sure he continues to eat, get bigger and stronger. Also, not thinking so much and making sure he is always going straight back instead of sliding out a bit. When Freer widens out on the way back to the punter, it takes away some power. Upside is off the charts for Freer and he could find a TOP 12 spot at VEGAS XXXI in January. Locking down his spiral is going to be a major key since his ball is so fast it can be hard to catch if the spiral is not perfect.
