    Player Review

Caillier did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 17, 2019. This was probably the best I have seen Caillier perform in the last couple of years. He is a well built Long Snapper that gets bigger the closer you get to him. Hard to explain but, bottom line, Caillier is a thick and powerful human that can pass an eyeball test very quickly. His form is solid and he is able to use his body well. He hovered in the mid .7s all day and was snapping with solid power all day long. Keep a real good eye on him at VEGAS XXXV in January.

Caillier showed me some really good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. First off, he can pass an eyeball test very quickly. Massive man that gets bigger and stronger every time I see him. Starting form is good and he can get super hot with his snapping. When Caillier is on, he is very on and can easily snap a D1 ball. Need to see improved consistency and the kid will just fly up the rankings. He has all of the tools for greatness!

Caillier was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on April 7th, 2019. I absolutely love his frame and the fact that Caillier is always improving. I have said it once and I will say it again, the overall potential on Caillier is off the charts. Great size and he has the ability to snap a college level ball. During the speed competition, Caillier finally let the ball flat out of his hands and I wanted to stop the camp to give him a big hug. It was the epiphany I had been waiting for him to have. Leading with his elbows and trysting his form will be the key for Caillier. CONFIDENCE at VEGAS XXXIV is all he needs. Watch him.

Caillier was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 18th, 2018. He is a Long Snapper with great size and a smooth snap. Snapping motion is fluid and moves in the right direction. His pop is good and his legs lock quickly. I would like to see him get his butt down so his back is parallel to the ground. If he can do this, he will be able to use more of his strong and powerful legs to gain more speed on the ball. Locking down his spiral by not dragging the ball will help with accuracy and speed as well. He is right on the cusp of getting “it” and I know he is close because I have seen him snap a D1 ball. If he can do it once, he can do it again. Consistency will be the key.

Caillier showed me some good things during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. He has great size and can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away. Balance is solid and he has some quick hands. Ball can jump out of the gate well. Love when Caillier is relaxed and just rips the ball back to the punter. The more confidence he snaps with, the better Cailler does. Confidence is going to be huge for him. Leading with his elbows to create more whip on the ball which will increase his speed. Potential is off the charts for Caillier and I can't wait for it to all hit.

Caillier was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in TX on April 29th, 2018. Big and strong Long Snapper that quietly goes about his business and does a great job on the field. Form is good and he is always improving. Gets through really well with his eyes/head. Follows through like a champ. Caillier’s timing and release point are just a tad off and that is playing with the accuracy of his snap and the consistency of his snap speeds. When he has it all click on snap, it is like poetry and is a college level ball. Making sure he is not over gripping the ball and just allows his good frame to power the ball will be a big factor for Caillier. Potential is very good on him. Watch this kid at VEGAS XXXII in May!
