    Player Review

Bryce continued to show why he is one of the top snappers in his class with his performance at the Rubio Long Snapping camp in NJ on October 14, 2018. Snaps a very clean and tight ball with fantastic form. Love his persona and attitude. The only criticism is he could get his eyes/upper body through more on his follow through; this will only increase his speed and accuracy. Has tons of potential and upside and has a legitimate shot of playing college football in the coming years

Eimer had a great day during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. Ball was very crisp all day long as he hovered in the mid .7s at 15 yards. Form is excellent and he is starting to really snap with a lot of confidence. Smooth snapping motion. The more he drives his eyes/head through to the punter, the more powerful and accurate Eimer will be. Really impressed with his overall improvement over the past year. He is good and headed towards great. I am a college coach, I am keeping a very close eye on Eimer over this next year.

Eimer was extremely impressive at the VEGAS XXXII Event in May of 2018. I tried to put him under a ton of pressure and nothing impacted him in a negative way. Moves well on his feet and his snaps hover in the mid .7s at all times. I am going to push Eimer as hard as anyone over the next couple of months to see how good/great he truly is. Making sure he continues to increase his overall athleticism is going to be huge for him. Gaining size and strength will also be huge. This kid is headed towards the top of his class….no doubt.

Eimer was on fire at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in TX on April 29th, 2018. Kid was throwing heat during the speed competition and was handling pressure extremely well. Even when I tried to rattle him, he just laughed it off and dominated. Love that attitude as it will correlate really well into snapping at the next level. Eimer is a monster at snapping and now I want him to see him be a monster at moving on his feet. Increasing his overall athleticism is going to be a key for moving way up the rankings and getting to the next level. Sky is the limit for Eimer.

Eimer showed me some great things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 11, 2018. He did well on his testing and had one of the top six RSI’s of the day to make it all the way into the finals. Balance is solid and he is snapping with some good power. Really need to see Eimer drive his eyes/head through to gain more consistent speed and even more accuracy. Increasing his overall athleticism will push him way up the rankings. Great kid and improving well.

Eimer was excellent at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. He moved well on his feet and snaps one of the smoothest balls in his class. Ball flies through the air and practically floats (aggressively) into the punter’s outstretched hands. Speaking of his hands, they are pretty darn quick right now and he gets the ball out of the gate well. The more Eimer can get set and really drive his eyes through, the more he will increase his overall accuracy and pick up more speed on the ball. The less he thinks and the more he gets fully set, the more dominant Eimer will become. Keep a very close eye on him this spring and beyond.

Eimer had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on November 19, 2017. His body is strong and he is able to move well on his feet. Kid is a workhorse. Coachable Long Snapper with good drive. Making sure he is not rocking forward prior to the snap and having the same release point will increase Eimer’s accuracy, consistency and overall speed. Also, snapping with confidence is going to be massive for Eimer. I know he is good and he needs to realize just how good and great he can truly be. I want to see him overflowing with confidence at VEGAS XXXI.

Eimer showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NJ on October 8th, 2017. He mvoed very well on his feet and could hit under .70. His balance is solid and he falls back well. Strong Long Snapper with a ball that has some good zip on it. Making sure his eyes get all the way through in one, clean motion will really help his accuracy and even his speed. Very good attitude and Eimer is always improving. Very reliable Long Snapper that his high school and college coach will love. Keep an eye on him at VEGAS XXXI. Consistency of speed is going to be one of the major things I am looking at for Eimer to have him move way up the rankings.
