    Player Review
Hallacy showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He is a thick and strong Long Snapper with very good follow through. His balance is solid and he does a nice job of leaning back. Like to see him not think so much and do some slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved and put more speed on the ball. Hallacy is strong so when gets his legs moving with the snap, he will easily get his RSI up at VEGAS 30 and his speed under .75. Good attitude and he works hard.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .83 VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 13.25 All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality. RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
