Barton had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. He has a very solid frame. Looks like a college Long Snapper already and still has a year and a half of high school left. His pop is good and he is able to use his legs well. Need to see Barton focus on getting his eyes all the way through to increase his accuracy and speed. Smooth Long Snapper with tremendous upside. Keep a very close eye on Barton at VEGAS XXXIII in January.
Barton showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 22, 2018. Big fan of Barton and how powerful he is when snapping the ball to the punter. He can easily get the ball under .80 when he is really ripping the ball back to the punter and is driving his eyes through. When Barton almost acts like he is doing a front flip into a pool, it takes all of his massive upper body and drives it to the punter and speeds up the ball like a champ. Consistency of speed is going to be the big thing I want Barton to focus on at VEGAS XXXII in May. On the cusp of greatness. Type of Long Snapper that could make the TOP 12 Camp in July and not look back.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
