    Player Review

Sayer was super smooth at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on October 6th, 2019. He is a coachable Long Snapper that listens well and has very good starting form. His pop is solid and Sayer is able to get into the .7s with his 15 yard snaps. Consistent Long Snapper that snaps a catchable ball. Love when he is really driving his eyes and head through. He has the tools to do this at the next level and I am excited to see Sayer at VEGAS XXXV in January.

Sayer did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in GA on April 28, 2019. Really smooth and accurate Long Snapper that is able to get the ball under .80. Ball is easy to catch and his punter will love him. Form is very good and he is using his whole body well throughout the snapping motion. When Sayer is snapping with full power and really letting the ball fly out of his hands, he can get even quicker and will definitely be sub .75 at VEGAS XXXIV in May. He has all of the tools and now I want him to put them all together to dominate his class. Hard worker.

Sayer showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. Form is pretty darn good and he can easily get a ball under .80 when he is on. Not over-gripping the ball so he can ensure a nice, tight spiral will be huge for Sayer. When his ball is tight and he is snapping with full power, he can hover right at .75 for a fifteen yard snap. Very good attitude and he is always improving. Like the direction he is headed. Keep an eye on Sayer at VEGAS XXXIII in January.

Sayer was pretty darn solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. First off, I absolutely love his attitude as he is always learning, listening, and smiling. Starting form is very good and his hands are like rockets. Ball jumps out of the gate so fast that it can be hard to time Sayer....which is great! Like to see him focus on slow motion drills to get his strong lower half fully involved in the process. Right now, his hands are quicker than his legs and once they get timed up, his ball will easily be sub .80 by VEGAS XXXIII in January. Great kid.

Sayer did well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 22, 2018. He has good power and excellent starting form. Sayer is using his whole body extremely well. Gets some good pop on his ball and his balance is solid. Need to see Sayer continue to focus on following all the way through with his hands so his release point is the same at all times. His form is so good that Sayer can cheat a bit and not put his fingers all the way to the punter and that will play with his accuracy and definitely his spiral. Sky is the limit for Sayer and I really like his overall attitude. Increasing the consistency of speed is going to be key at VEGAS XXXII and beyond.
