    Player Review

Worthen had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in IL on December 15th, 2019. His snapping motion is excellent and Worthen is able to use his whole body very well. Balance is good and I love how well his pop is back to the punter. Love Worthen's accuracy and consistency when he is snapping the ball. His body has tightend up a ton and is looking great. Great potential on Worthen and I know he can do this at the next level. Hard working Long Snapper.

Worthen showed up from Kentucky and was beyond solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in GA on April 28, 2019. One of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class, Worthen continues his dominance at camps. Hovers in the mid .7s at all times and his form is gorgeous to watch. Locking down his release point will increase his accuracy. One of those Long Snappers that is always in the finals and has a very legit shot of winning it all in Vegas. Smooth and consistent Long Snapper that can definitely do this at the next level.

Worthen was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. He is a physically strong Long Snapper with good balance and a thick, powerful frame. I absolutely love when he snaps with full power and just lets the ball fly out of his hands. Getting fully set and following through will increase his spiral and accuracy will be huge for Worthen. Smooth and consistent Long Snapper that can do this at the next level.

Worthen was on fire during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. His form is gorgeous and it is just plain fun to watch him snap a ball. Balance is great and he can rip it back to the punter with college level speeds with ease at this point in his career. As he continues to get bigger, stronger and more athletic, his snaps will just become that much quicker and will push him that much higher up the rankings. There is literally no doubt Worthen can snap a D1 ball. I want to see him move like a D1 athlete as well. Increasing his athleticism and fully locking down his spiral make Worthen an easy selection for the TOP 12 Camp in July.

Worthen did great at the VEGAS XXXII Event in May of 2018. One of the smoothest Long Snappers in his class. The ball is like poetry getting back to the punter. His form is gorgeous and he is using all of his body like a champ. Great to watch Worthen snap a ball. He is snapping with a lot of confidence right now and I love it. Really need to see Worthen focus on increasing his overall athelticisim and get light on his feet. If he is too heavy footed, it will be an issue for coaches. On my short list for TOP 12 and with more athleticism, he easily gets it in the future. Love his attitude.

Worthen (Hot Hands) did tremendous at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 22, 2018. “Hot Hands” was, well, hot, from the start of the camp until the very last snap where he won the camp. Not sure if he even missed scoring points one time in the finals. He was a buzz saw that just crushed anyone in his way. Form is excellent and the harder he snaps the ball, the better he does. Love when he just rips the ball back to the punter and really gets his eyes through. Coming along nicely and starting to snap with full confidence.

Worthen had a great weekend at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. His attitude is off the charts and he never stops improving. One of the most coachable Long Snappers in the country. His spiral was tight all weekend and, when he is on, he is VERY on and can get the ball back in the mid .7s. Being on is all coming down to Worthen’s timing and making sure it is perfect. If timing is off just a tad (legs slower than his upper body), it will slow his ball way down and we don’t want that. Slow motion drill swill help and just snapping at absolute full power at all times. Great kid.

Worthen was flat out excellent at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 3rd, 2017. Form is gorgeous and he is ripping the ball back to the punter. Timed him several times throughout the day and the highest snap I saw was .84 and he could dip to .73! Making sure his hands, and more importantly, his fingers, are getting back to the punter will increase his overall accuracy which is already very good. Scored in the 30's with his RSI and it wouldn't surprise me to see Worthen in the finals at VEGAS XXXI in January. Increasing his overall strength and athleticsm will push him farther up the rankings. HARD worker and always improving.

Worthen did really well this summer with Rubio Long Snapping. Very impressed with his overall attitude and snapping motion at the Underclassmen Invitational. Balance is very good and he is using his whole body really well to get some decent speed on the ball. Love to see Jackson focus on lowwering his butt to get his back parallel to the ground. Getting his butt down more will give Jackson more legs to use and get his speed up. Also, increase his athleticism and getting set will push him up the rankings. Jackson has incredible consistency and his snaps almost look like they are on a video loop as they are all the same. Hard worker withg great upside.
