Player Review
Hooker was really solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. His body is coming along nicely and he is moving well on his feet. Definitely moving towards becoming a factor on the punt coverage team. Form is very smooth and efficient. He uses all of his body really well. The bigger and stronger he gets along with snapping with full confidence, the closer to a 5 star Rubio Long Snapper he will be. Excellent attitude.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
