Hurst came out to the Rubio Long Snapper gFall Camp in TX on December 5th and was flat out dominant. He is a transfer from PITT and available right now. He is has tremendous size and is able to play asap. He is flat out ready right now. He has great speed on his ball and is easily able to run down field and be a factor on the punt coverage team. He is no brainer for a school right now. 

Hurst was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. He is a pure athlete that will easily be a solid coverage guy on the punt team in college. Great upside. Moves well on his feet and snaps a smooth ball. Really done a great job of improving over the last couple of years. Ball is hovering in the mid .7s and is easy to catch. Really quick pop on Hurst. He is good and headed towards great. He can easily do this at the next level.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
