Riggs did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Tampa, FL. Long and lean athlete that has the frame to put on another thirty pounds over the next couple of years as he heads off to BYU. His personality is very strong and will dominate life in no matter what endeavor he chooses to embark on. When he snaps with full power and really follows through, Riggs is an absolute stud. Consistency of his snapping motion is going to be key in moving up the rankings. Love his attitude and personality. Big things ahead for Riggs.
