    Player Review

Wagner was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. Big and thick Long Snapper that can snap with great power. Very high academics make him a Long Snapper that can snap a high level ball at a very high level institution. Snapping full power and following through all the way to the punter will push Wagner all the way to the top. Consistency of overall speed is the key to Wagner at VEGAS XXXIII and beyond.

Wagner was very solid at the TOP 12 Camp this summer in CA. Massive bodied man that has really improved his overally physique over the last year. Looks like a college athelte right now and still has one year left of high school. Wagner is starting to snap with a lot of confidence and the ball is traveling back to the punter at college speeds right now. Need to see Wanger continue to work on his athleticism and make sure he is leading with his elbows to create more overall whip on the ball. Great attitude and the sky is the limit for Wagner.

Wagner did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. Thick and strong Long Snapper with the ability to put a lot of power on the ball back to the punter. Moves pretty darn well on his feet for his size. Wagner shows absolute waves of brilliance where he is easily at the college level with his snapping. Need to make sure Wagner is consistent with his snapping motion so that the "waves" have no low tide so to speak. Locking down his snapping motion (coming through and not up, driving with his elbows, following through with his fingers, getting his eyes through) will push Wagner into a scholarship Long Snapper....without a doubt. Tremendous attitude and he is definitely going to make his next coach ecstatic.

Wagner had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 3rd, 2017. He has tightened up his body and he is looking like a college Long Snapper and he is snapping like one as well. Wagner was hot all day and didn't snap a ball above .75. Ball was tight and he was using his whole body well. Timing is darn near perfect and he is using all of his body well. The more athletic he gets, the higher he goes in the rankings. If Wagner snaps like he did in GA at VEGAS XXXI, he could easily find himself holding a TOP 12 camp invite. Watch him very, very closely.

Wagner was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in GA on July 11, 2017. He is a large man with tons of power. He has no issues getting the ball back to the punter at college speeds right now and still has two years left of high school! Love to see Wagner focus on locking down his spiral to make the ball easier to catch. Also, increasing his overall athleticism will be huge for moving way up the rankings. Wagner has all of the tools to be an excellent college Long Snapper.

Wagner showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS 30 Event on May 13-14, 2017. Thick and strong Long Snapper that basically flicks the ball to the punter and has good speed. If he can get his lower half fully involved and lead with his elbows, he could easily be in the .6s by the end of summer if not by next January. Potential is very good and he can move way, way up the rankings by increasin his overall athleticism and locking down his spiral. Keep a very close eye on Wagner over the next couple of months. Athleticism is going to be huge for Wagner.
