Player Review
Patrick did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He is one of those Long Snappers that, once it clicks, will dominate his entire class. He has a solid frame and his hands are some of the quickest in his class. Ball really jumps out of the gate and gets a head start past everyone else when in a line. Love to see him focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half more involved to gain more speed on the ball. Athletically, he moves going forward but could use a tiny bit of work going side to side. Right on the cusp of heading into a TOP 12 Camp spot at VEGAS 30. POTENTIALAccomplishments

VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.00
All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.
