Skinner was fantastic at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in GA on April 28, 2019. The LSU commit left no doubt he is the top Long Snapper in the country. Body is easily ready for the next level and has been for a couple of years. His form is superb as he uses every ounce of his massive body. His snapping motion is smooth and extremely efficient. There is zero wasted movement when Mad Dog is snapping the ball. His raw power and efficiency is of the charts. If he continues on this path, there is no stopping his dominance. Needless to say, keep a very close eye on Mad Dog over the next several years at LSU. His work ethic is off the charts and so is his ceiling.

Skinner left no doubt he is the best overall Long Snapper at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. He can snap at the next level right now, let alone in a year or two. He is one of the most polished and ready Long Snappers to ever come out of Rubio Long Snapping. His form is excellent, he is strong, moves well on his feet, handles pressure well, is relaxed....I could go on and on and on. His work ethic has never let up once and he is, still, always improving. He is true model for gets to see how it all gets done. Incredible Long Snapper that is on the path to greatness on and off the field.

Skinner was the overall winner at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. His snaps were as accurate and consistent as I have ever seen him and I have seen him many, many times. He looked like a machine snapping the same ball over and over and over again. His frame is fantastic and he could easily pass for a college Long Snapper right now, let alone in a year. His snapping motion has zero wasted movement. Type of Long Snapper that could be snapping for a long time.

Skinner (Mad Dog) showed once again why he is the number one Long Snapper in the country this summer with stops in GA, the TOP GUN Camp in SC and at the TOP 12 Camp in CA. At the TOP GUN Camp in SC, the officials came out to have him do some pressure snaps to see if he ahd what it took and, given, he did and was selected to play in the All-American Game this January in San Antonio, TX!. Then at the TOP 12 Camp in CA, he was dominant enough to earn a TOP 12 Camp spot and left no doubt about it. Form is excellent, he is built like a college linebacker right now. Powerful on his feet and as strong as a bull. I even tried to ice him for good amounts of time and he was still tremendous. Skinner is the best Long Snapper in the country and he can play in college right now. The sky is the limit and I can't wait to see him in college when he only has to play one position!

Skinner (Mad Dog) just proved his overall dominance, once again, at VEGAS XXXII in May. Size is off the charts, he is as strong as a bull, has great form and can put a hole in the punter at any point. He is so smooth and powerful that it doesn't even look like his ball is moving and then it hurts your hands. Moves extremely well for his size. He can/will be a factor on the punt coverage team and with his power, he could end up doing some damage to a punt returner. As he settles in on just Long Snapping over the next couple of years, watch him continue to fine tune it all and work towards Long Snapping for a long, long time. Can't say enough good things about Mad Dog.

Skinner was flat out dominant at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 3rd, 2017. Body is beyond strong and he could pass for a college Long Snapper right now. Not only with his looks but his snapping as well. Powerful, smooth and I didn't see him snap a ball above .75 all day long and I saw him snap a lot of footballs throughout the day. The more Mad Dog can snap with absolute full power and follow through all the way, he will not miss....and I mean, at all. Has the tools to be one of the best ever to come out of Rubio Long Snapping.

Skinner came into the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp in Tampa, FL as the #1 Long Snapper for his class and he left as, undoubtedly, the #1 Long Snapper in his class. Often you will see a Long Snapper in that situation falter under the pressure and crack mentally. Mad Dog went the opposite way and simply got better over the three day span. I kept waiting for him to stumble, but he simply gained more speed and power over the time. I was as impressed with Mad Dog as I was with anyone at the camp and it was overflowing with talent. His ball is powerful, crisp and tight. Ball will put a hole in the punter if they aren't paying attention. He moves well on his feet, he has good size and is built like a bull. Starting to really open up a bit with his personality and is definitely mature for his age. LSU got another great Rubio Long Snapper.

Skinner had another great camp at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 30, 2017. He is big, strong and moves well on his feet. He can play in college right now, let alone in two years. Ball is crisp and clean. Love to see him focus on making sure he gets his fingers all the way through to the punter to increase his accuracy and consistency. No doubt he has the easy ability to win it all at VEGAS 30. Snapping FULL speed is the key to dominance for Mad Dog

Skinner, AKA Mad Dog, was an absolute phenom at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He left no doubt that he is the best Long Snapper in his class and, honestly, would be ranked very high in the class above him as well. He is built like a college athlete right now and moves like one as well. During the agility drill on Sunday, he was the overall strongest Long Snapper with snapping and blocking. He could literally not be knocked back at all after throwing back a perfect snap to the punter in less than .70 seconds. The more he follows through and maintains his release point, the more he separates himself from his class. Any college would be wise to offer him right now!
