Edwards was absolutely tremendous at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. How tremendous you ask, well, he ended up winning the whole thing with a string of outstanding snaps one after another in the finals. Edwards was throwing heat all weekend with snaps in the low .7s and great accuracy to get him into the finals. As great as Edwards' snap speeds are, it is his athletic ability that really spearaes him from other Long Snappers in his class. This kid can flat out fly down the field and is definitely going to be able to be used as another gunner at the next level. Stoic and strong Long Snapper with great upside. Offer him now!

Edwards caught fire late at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 12, 2017. He actually won the speed competition with times well under. 75 and had no problem dipping into the .6s! His ball was actually picking up speed along the way and you could hear it humming. FYI: the balls were wet from rain and that didn’t even come close to slowing him down. Moves like a pure athlete on his feet and is solid on his accuracy. Increasing his overall consistency and confidence will push Edwards way up the rankings. Upside on him is simply off the charts.
