Rubio Long Snapping History
Student Since: 2011
Latest Evaluation: 7/12
Monroe continues to be on the right path with his Long Snapping. Form is solid and he needs to make sure he doesn't hop back. Want to see him smooth and in control. His body is so large that he has a ton of potential when he gets everything running smoothly. Strong and quick hands. Needs to make sure the ball is not dragging. Potential.
Some good improvement with Monroe. Massive framed Long Snapper that reaches back well when he is snapping the ball. Would like to see him widen out a bit to accomodate his body body and reall use his legs when snapping. Uses a ton of his upper body but the lack of legs is hurting his speed. Very good kid and he handles pressure well. Consistent. Accurate. 4/12
Monroe is a large man that has incredible follow through. Actually almost too much. Comes through a great deal but throws him forward a bit. He needs to bring his long arms in a bit and rise up BEFORE snapping the ball. Big and strong enough to be a little crunched to increase the get off time. Accuracy is solid but I want some more speed. Studies Long Snapping when you are speaking to him. Very into that. Very close to putting it all together. 2012 could be huge for Monroe.
