Jacob is one of those Long Snappers that when he gets "it" and "it" all clicks, he will flat out crush those around him. Shows waves of brilliance when he is snapping the ball. Needs to work on his consistency and make sure every snap is the same. Very athletic and poised when he snaps. Slow motion drills will help a ton with his accuracy and maintenance of speed. Great person. Tons of potential.
Really like the way Jacob is coming along with his Long Snapping. Body is developing well and his form is looking solid. Very athletic and built well. Would like to see him lower his butt just a tad to enable more use of his strong lower half. Hands are quick. As he advances and wants to jump even higher up the rankings, he will need to focus his energy on snapping AND blocking. The blocking aspect gave him some trouble and with his athletic ability, I know he can do it. Keep an eye on this kid. 5/12
Jacob did very well for his first Rubio camp. Extremely long frame with is terrific for a snapper. Listens well and has solid form. Uses his legs very well. With more weight and strength he will do very well for himself with his long snapping. Great follow through. Spoke with him quickly about his footwork and he completely adjusted...in a good way. Love that. Keep an eye on this one. 10-10
