Latest Evaluation: 3/12Hertel is starting to really come around with his snapping. Big bodied and has solid form. Once he fully realizes just how strong he is, he will easily dominate. Sitting on a massive engine and now he just needs to floor it. When he is on, he is really on. Ball has the ability to be very crisp and precise. Snaps with confidence and has a very good attitude. Incorporating his whole body will be key for him to advance well up the ranks. Very good kid.
Hertel has a very good foundation for his snapping. Body is large and powerful. Little rigid when he snaps. So strong that he muscles the ball back there. Once his form is locked down, including the use of his lower half, he will be very good due to power he already possess within his body. Hands are very quick and his follow through is solid. Hard worker.
