Forrest has a tremendous frame for his age. Looks like he is ready for the next level with his body. His snapping is good, but will be great once his weight is balanced and he tightens up his spiral.
Very good improvement in a short amount of time. Very, very close to making the TOP 12 for 2009. May should be huge for him. 1-09
