Franklin had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in New Jersey on April 23, 2023. He has a very efficient and effortless delivery that produces a nice catchable ball. When he snaps hard, his accuracy is very good as well. I would like to see Franklin get his eyes through more on his finish so that he can finish his hands deeper more consistently. This will keep his momentum continuing back to the punter and help him hit his locations more consistently and snap the ball harder. Franklin has the tools to put it all together. Once he does, he is going to be competing with the very best. I look forward to seeing Franklin's progress at .
