Shea had a solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in New Jersey on April 23, 2023. He is an accurate snapper that throws an extremely catchable ball with a great spiral. Shea does a great job maintaining a very direct ball path with very little wasted movement. Impressively, he generates solid speed using mostly his upper body. If Shea can get his eyes through the snap in order to allow himself to finish deeper and incorporate his strong lower half more, he is going to find himself snapping at a very high level. I love Shea's raw ability and the potential he has if he can refine his mechanics to get everything working together effectively. He is going to be a snapper to keep an eye on going into his next Rubio Long Snapping event.
