Joshua Monroe showed me some god things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in North Carolina on November 13th, 2022. His starting form is gorgeous and he is able to get some good pop on the ball. His overall form is good and it will be great once he is tad quicker out of the gate. If Joshua can be quicker out of the gate and eliminate his butt dipping before he snaps the ball, he will easily be snapping at college level speeds at VEGAS XLI in January and beyond. Locking down his spiral will be huge for Joshua as well. Really good upside and I love how strong he is with his snapping.
